Entanet’s broadband portfolio provides a competitive choice of rate adaptive ADSL and ADSL2+ as well as fixed rate ADSL services (512Kbps, 1Mbps or 2Mbps).

 

The packages are available in ‘Business’ and ‘Family’ options and have been specifically designed to clearly differentiate between the needs of business and residential customers.

 

Business Packages Effective from August 2010
Our business packages meet the needs of business customers requiring generous monthly bandwidth allowances ranging from 15GB to 180GB, greater priority and business friendly bandwidth allowance times. Business packages include Elevated Best Efforts (EBE) where available, which guarantees a minimum throughput of 3Mbps over the BT network subject to line sync rate. This minimum level of service is guaranteed for 90% of the time over the busiest 3 hour period. Please note: the minimum download speed achieved depends upon the quality of the line. Where EBE is not available the Business package will provide an increased upload speed of up to 832kbps through the use of MAX Premium circuits.

ADSL & SDSL Lines

 

MANAGED SDSL Effective from May 2010
SDSL provides symmetric upload and download speeds and is ideal for customers who regularly need to send and receive large amounts of data. Our Managed SDSL service is ideal for companies with limited technical capabilities and resources. Entanet will supply, configure, deliver and manage a Cisco router. Enhanced Care is included as standard.

 

UNMANAGED SDSL Effective from May 2010
Customers with the technical expertise to configure and manage their own Cisco equipment can opt for an unmanaged SDSL solution.

MANAGED BONDED ADSL Effective from May 2010
Ideal for companies who require additional bandwidth but are unable to justify the costs of a leased line or receive an SDSL service. Upload and download speeds can be increased by bonding together 2, 3 or 4 ADSL connections. Entanet will supply, configure, deliver and manage a Cisco 1841 router for the 2 line solution, or a Cisco 2811 router for the 3 and 4 line solutions.
The prices stated below are applicable regardless of the speed your line can sustain.

Customers requiring symmetrical and increased speeds but who are unable to justify the costs of a leased line can benefit from our Managed Bonded SDSL solutions. Upload and download speeds can be increased by bonding together 2, 3 or 4 SDSL connections. Entanet will supply, configure, deliver and manage a Cisco router for the solution. Enhanced Care is included as standard.

 

UNMANAGED BONDED SDSL Effective from May 2010
Unmanaged Bonded SDSL is available to customers with the technical expertise to configure and manage their own Cisco hardware.
